2010 UPDATE MGP students have loaned and re-loaned and re-re-loaned $200.00 of their school store profits to support 6 different international entrepreneurial endeavors. (The Key, the FSK school store, was the first MGP-NFTE project.) Due to the fact that Mr. B. will no longer be at FSK nor Ms. Marlowe at Calvert, the $200.00 available in the Calvert-FSK account was donated to KIVA, the international micro-finance organization, itself.

This is the fifth year of the Middle Grades Partnership between Calvert School and Francis Scott Key Elementary-Middle School. During the summer we hope to inspire student curiosity and love of learning with a variety of hands-on activities which will prevent summer learning loss and enrich the experiences students have in the school year. During the school year there is an after school program which includes academics, a high school road trip, and several field trips.
